The main field of activities is electrical engineering, in particular the study of Partial Discharges, so the most interesting profiles to us are:

  • electrical engineers or PhDs with skills in the diagnosis of power systems through the detection of PDs, maintenance, asset management;
  • electronic engineers with deep competences in the design of electronic circuits, boards, signal conditioning,  telecommunications.
  • electrical/industrial engineers with commercial capabilities.

We are often looking for other roles too, such as administrative assistants, Service technicians, etc.

 JUNIOR SALES ENGINEER

Job Description
This junior sales engineer will work on back-office activities: economic quotations and technical proposals drafting, marketing activity supporting Senior sales personnel. We can offer important growth and learning opportunities.

The ideal sales engineer must respect the following requirements:

  • A BS or MS degree in engineering or physics.
  • Excellent English, written and spoken.
  • Excellent commercial capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.  

SENIOR SALES ENGINEER

Job Description
The Senior Sales Engineer will lead commercial & marketing activities and boost its business performance in the relevant market.
The candidate should have experience of sourcing new clients, managing contacts with the existing client base and create and manage  new business opportunities with the companies new and existing products and services. The candidate will be responsible for managing  deals from the first action, until final delivery of the product / service. The candidate should ideally have a technical background (e.g. electrical engineering), but this is not strictly mandatory, and a successful history of commercial activity, possibly in the Power System industry (on both the manufacturer's and user's side). For the correct candidate the opportunities for promotion and attractive company benefits are substantial.

Key Accountabilities

  • Source, contact, build and establish solid relationships with potential clients in the relevant markets.
  • Manage and establish solid relationships with existing clients.
  • Present the company's product and services direct to the customer, with on field demonstrations if and when needed.
  • Source new business opportunities and expand client industry.
  • Negotiate quotations with clients.
  • Manage delivery of products to a quick and positive conclusion manage custom procedures.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications / Requirements

  •  Proven ability in creating and maintaining solid contacts with important clients.
  • Proven skills of negotiation of tender conditions.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level service to clients.
  • Awareness of the financial implications of decisions made in field.
  • Aptitude to be trained in Engineering or Physics disciplines.
  • Availability to travel worldwide.
  • Very good proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in the quality control, operations and maintenance of power systems, preferably.
